Our Purpose

The purpose of unity4change LLC, U.N.I.T.Y., and Communities-N-Concert (CNC) is an alliance to build stronger, safer, and more connected communities through collaboration, empowerment, and restorative action. Together, the alliance promotes personal growth, organizational capacity, and community healing by providing technical assistance, leadership development, and direct support services to individuals and groups seeking positive change.

Through shared values of compassion, accountability, and equity, this alliance works to unite community partners, justice-involved individuals, veterans, and local organizations in a common mission — to restore hope, create opportunity, and strengthen the systems that uplift people and neighborhoods.
