About Communities-N-Concert

Communities-N-Concert (CNC) operates under the Unity4Change, LLC umbrella as a consulting, capacity-building, and organizational development initiative dedicated to strengthening emerging nonprofit organizations. CNC was created to help startup and growing nonprofits establish the infrastructure, leadership, and sustainability necessary to achieve long-term community impact.

Recognizing that many innovative nonprofit ideas are developed by individuals with lived experience—including incarcerated and formerly incarcerated leaders—CNC serves as a trusted partner that transforms vision into organizational capacity. The organization provides strategic consulting, technical assistance, and administrative support to mission-driven organizations that are committed to addressing community challenges and advancing public safety through restorative, evidence-informed approaches.

1. Administrative, Operational, and Compliance Liaison

As the Administrative, Operational, and Compliance Liaison, CNC provides the essential back-office functions that many new nonprofits lack during their early stages of development.

Supplies resources for ex-offenders as they transition from incarcerated to society. The organization provides rehabilitation services for offenders.

Returning Citizens Association

We are a collection of system impacted individuals. System Impacted means: any individual impacted by the carceral system; but it does not mean that the individual has been arrested or sentenced to jail/prison etc.
