what is Communities-N-Concert?
Communities-In-Concert (CNC) was established in 2010 as a key stakeholder in community development. Functioning as a for-profit social enterprise, we serve as the sustainability arm of the non-profit U.N.I.T.Y.
Our mission is to confront the surge of poverty and violence within inner-city communities. We do this not just through direct service, but by strengthening the infrastructure of the organizations that serve them. We believe in the “Continuum of Service”—connecting providers, communities, and resources to ensure no one falls through the cracks.
